About Our Cocktail Classes
Ian Phillips, award winning bartender and cocktail expert, teaches the fundamental techniques for building prohibition era cocktails with precision and a little southern twang, Hosted by Mint to Be Mojito’s renowned La Aparicion de la Muerte speakeasy. Enjoy a general introduction to craft libations rooted in prohibition, and interwoven with southern seaport and Latin American culture. While the course is being taught, guests will be encouraged to create their own cocktails based in history and develop the skills necessary to create their own libations at their home bars While enjoying delicious Latin American bites.
Following this event, guests will be invited to “stay and play” for the speakeasy experience, enjoying early access to the cocktail bar.
